Everyone was very courteous and got the inspection sticker on the car along with the new floor mats. They did forget to put the front license plate back on which we were told they would do, but we didn’t notice it until later that day. They can do it when we come in for our first oil change.

I had a pretty good experience although it did seem a bit long for the few items I had done.

The team was super helpful, I told them what I wanted and they made it happen with no problem! It will be my car dealer of choice. Plus I love my truck!

The Matts’s were excellent again. I’ll be back and you’ve gained a new Handy family member, as the car was for my daughter and she loves it and thinks Handy GMC is great.

If I could give a ZERO star I would. Your dealership did NOT even work on our vehicle. It arrived at your dealership on a tow truck and left on tow truck to Champlain Chevrolet. The experience couldn't have been worse. We will never purchase another vehicle from Handy GMC. Sales Manager Jimmy Mattas and Service Manager Heath Bedell were arrogant and condescending. We purchase the $96,000 truck from your dealership and could not even get a loaner vehicle. Champlain Chevrolet will get all our future business and oh by the way, we got a loaner vehicle from them. Customer Service goes along way and you have NONE! Please do publish my response, as we will be sharing our experience with family, friends and social media. Google review was a start.

Two years ago i came in to purchase a vehilcle my credit was not good i was upside down in my van and you guys couldnt help without putting me farther in debt then Jackie kept in touch my credit much better and that contact made the sale and putting me in my drwam truck

Very disappointed in the overall performance of my truck. This truck has 25k miles and during inspection I was told I needed new tires and brakes. Over 2k in repairs. Totally unacceptable to me for basically new truck.

Kevin with whom I dealt was professional, friendly, courteous, and respectful. All with whom I came in contact were very pleasant. They also did all I asked.
