I had an enjoyable buying experience. It seemed like Hope bent over backwards for me to make sure everything was done right.

Handy did a great job of welcoming us into their dealership and helping us locate the vehicle that we wanted. Mike, Jimmy, and Tyler were all excellent to work with and they did all they could to make us feel comfortable with our experience.

Everyone was friendly and pleasant, helpful, straightforward, and waiting area was comfortable.

They fixed my map light because the light was not secured, looks like the switches wire got loose. After truck wash, I drove home, Then I drive back up to my garage, but no backup camera!!!! Oh brother!!!! I checked the camera and cleaned up from wet spot. After two hours, I tried it again, it came back OK, it looks like computer problem or wet spot-on camera.
